Initial Order

Payments Made by Cheque Should Be Made Out To FLEXINEON AUSTRALIA
Payments May Be Made Using All Major Credit Cards.
All Payments Must Be Made Prior To The Dispatch of Goods.
Subsequent Orders
Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
All Goods remain the property of FLEXINEON AUSTRALIA until payment is received in full.
Approval of the Account Facilities is at the discretion of FLEXINEON AUSTRALIA
Accounts that remain overdue for more than 30 days will attract a fee not in excess of current bank prime interest rates.
Delivery of Order
All prices are ex-works.
All prices include Packaging.
Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Bluestar Logistics.
Items That Are Longer Than 1m Cannot Be Delivered Via Australia Post
Please allow 2 to 4 Working days for delivery within Australia.
Deliveries in remote areas may take up to 7 working days.
All freight charges will be applied.
We will use your preferred carrier if requested. However we will require our account authorisation to do so.
All prices include Insurance Charges.
Faulty Goods
Strictly, No returns without authorisation.
All claims must be made within 7. days of receipt of Goods.
Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us.
A handling charge may apply to returned goods.
